We loved our stay at the Arnarstapi Cottages! The comfy cabins and super clean digs made our retreat cozy. Not to mention, the nearby pizza joint served some of the best pies I've tasted, paired perfectly with a cold Icelandic beer. The nesting arctic terns put on quite a show, adding to the charm.
Though the heater was a bit unpredictable and the staff seemed to doubt our claims, it didn't tarnish the overall experience — just a quirky blip in our getaway. Plus, the cottage was stunning!

Cozy and clean room with great amenities.
Unfortunately, we had a really frustrating experience. The sliding door to our cottage was a nightmare to operate. it required a lot of effort just to open and lock it. Additionally, the hot water ran out almost instantly, making it impossible to enjoy a warm shower after a long day. It was disappointing to deal with these issues during what was supposed to be a relaxing stay.
